With over three decades of rich experience, Deepak Nathani’s sustained mentorship is providing the winning edge to Relfor Labs. As founder and Chief Executive Officer, Deepak continues to set the vision and roadmap for Relfor Labs, while steering the organization towards its vision. Deepak’s business insights along with IT experience has set the strategy for Relfor. His passion and care for the underprivileged translate into the many corporate social responsibility initiatives being undertaken at Relfor Foundation, spearheaded by him.
As the COO and co-founder of Cybage in 1995, Deepak helped the organization grow from a start-up to a strong team of 6,000 employees today. Prior to this, Deepak has spent 9 years in the US leading engineering team at Chicago based Berndorf Belt Systems. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Birla Institute of Technology.

Kedar overlooks the Finance and Legal operations at Relfor. As a financial mentor and director, he continues to advise Relfor on investments for future growth. Prior to Relfor, Kedar has worked as Financial Controller at Cybage. He has also worked with Tech Mahindra and Emcure. He is passionate about new startups and has mentored many mid-sized software companies and ventures.
He is a rank holder Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a qualified Company Secretary (ACS) from BMCC, Pune University. Also a strong believer in bringing a positive transformation in the lives of communities, he is closely associated with various charitable trusts and associations working for the underprivileged.
